Daily Jam, a fast-casual concept serving mouth-watering twists on classic breakfast, brunch, and lunch items, will open its Farmington Hills location on December 5, 2023.
Farmington Hills marks the first of nine Daily Jam locations to come to Michigan by the Ansara family ownership group.
Daily Jam’s flagship location is in Tempe, AZ, where the brand has received numerous awards over the year, including “Best Waffles in AZ.”
Aaron Pepper and Mary Bsharah will lead the local management team. Aaron brings over 13 years of industry experience, focused on back-of-house operations. Complementing Aaron’s skillset, Mary brings 15 years of restaurant experience, with a focus on front-of-house operations, training, recruiting, and hiring.
