MADabolic Alpharetta will offer a new take on strength-biased training to the Alpharetta fitness scene. The brand’s distinctive training system is crafted entirely around work-to-rest ratios, which presents a challenging-yet-accessible environment unique to each client and encourages progressive strength gains.
Melissa and Matt each bring decades of collective experience in the health and wellness industry to their MADabolic ownership journey. Melissa began her career in personal training before moving into corporate leadership roles within the industry. In 2014, she launched a professional services business for fitness concepts that was later acquired by ClubReady. She is currently a member of the executive leadership team at ABC Glofox, a gym management software company where she supports fitness franchise brands. Matt has spent his career in athletic training, currently leading a sports medicine program at Northside Hospital in Gwinnett County.
