MADabolic, the industry’s first and only strength-driven interval training franchise, will open the doors to its newest studio location in the Heights neighborhood of Houston, TX on Monday, February 13, 2023. Located at 8200 Washington Ave, Suite #300, the unit will operate under owner Vinnie Ronca.
MADabolic the Heights will offer a new take on strength-biased training to the Houston fitness scene. The brand’s distinctive training system is crafted entirely around work-to-rest ratios, which presents a challenging-yet-accessible environment unique to each client and encourages progressive strength gains.
“As a former member of MADabolic H Street, I’ve seen first-hand how scalable and effective MADabolic’s approach to progressive strength training is in a group setting,” shares Vinnie. “As a Houston native, I’m intimately familiar with the city’s fitness scene, and it just doesn’t currently have anything to offer in the way of strength-driven interval training …we’re about to change that.”
