Over the last several months Scotty’s Brewhouse has opened management agreement locations at Butler University, Miami (OH) University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Sales are on pace to reach an average of $3,600,000 in annual revenue at each of these recently opened locations.
The Scotty’s Brewhouse Management Agreement successfully partners property owners and the Scotty’s Brewhouse corporate team. Property owners investing in the buildout and pre-opening budget of a Scotty’s Brewhouse Sports Bar are rewarded with 100% of net operating income after management fees. In all managed locations, these returns have provided property owners market rent plus a significant premium for their investment.
In addition to the above campuses, Scotty’s Brewhouse has locations at Ball State University, Indiana University, Purdue University and University of Notre Dame. The development team is actively seeking locations of 5,000+ square feet (preferably with an adjoining large patio area) in Midwest University locations including the University of Evansville, University of Kentucky, University of Michigan, The Ohio State University, and the University of Wisconsin.
This “upscale sports pub” provides more than 60 TV’s broadcasting all sports all day, serves the traditional Scotty’s Brewhouse lunch and dinner menu and features a full service bar with 32 draft beers. As with all Scotty’s locations, it is “all ages welcome” and family friendly.
