Rick Dale has extensive background in the franchise industry, both as a franchisee and regional developer. During his tenure as a Regional Developer at HealthSource, a healthcare franchise, Rick was awarded the regional developer of the year – this for his outstanding support of the franchisees he supported. Don Beezley is well-known in Colorado as a former state legislator and long-time, award winning franchise developer and business broker. As an “RD” with HealthSource Chiropractic across three states, Don was recognized as Regional Developer of the Year and Top Support Regional Developer and helped the brand grow to nearly 400 units in just a few years.
