MADabolic, the first and only strength-driven interval training franchise, is pleased to announce that a new agreement has been signed to bring the concept to Northern Virginia under owner Mohammad Mukhtar.
Mohammad owns an IT consulting company and is involved in a number of real estate investments in Northern Virginia. He grew up playing soccer and has remained active with recreational sports as an adult.
Mohammad was looking for an investment opportunity when a friend introduced him to MADabolic. “MADabolic offers strong systems and processes for franchise owners. It’s also a great workout that resonates with me personally,” he shared. “The training program offers a sustainable approach to building strength. MADabolic’s ability to stand out in a crowded market is evident in the brand’s retention rates. This all made me excited to bring the concept outside the beltway.”
The greater Washington, D.C., market has four MADabolic studios in operation, with five more on the way, all under the ownership of Corbin Jennings. Mohammad will open three studios across Northern Virginia. He will hire a General Manager to handle day-to-day operations of MADabolic NoVA.
Rooted in science, MADabolic’s distinctive fat-torching interval system offers a challenging yet scalable workout for a wide range of clients. The brand emphasizes one-on-one coaching in a group environment to help all clients move safely, maximize strength gains, and age athletically. Each workout is crafted around intentional work-to-rest ratios.
MADabolic has nearly 90 studios operating or in development across the country. The brand’s approach to franchising blends support from a team of experts with proven systems, robust training, and extensive resources to optimize franchise owners’ success. When it comes to strength, structure, and accountability, MADabolic delivers.
