MADabolic, the first and only strength-driven interval training franchise, announces its newest gym will open in Southlake, Texas at 210 South Nolen Drive, Suite 100. The location will operate under Ryan Svoboda and his business partner and is the first of the duo’s five locations to come to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metro.

“We bought into this concept because it’s something we truly believe in on a personal level,” said Svoboda, who grew up a multi-sport athlete before becoming a competitive CrossFit athlete and has spent the last several years working as a full-time fitness manager, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. “You can workout anywhere, but if you are looking for a training program, you won’t find anything out there that’s better than MADabolic. There is science behind the workouts, the workout plan is strategically programmed 52 weeks in advance, and there’s truly a meticulous method to the MADness. We’re excited to be part of this expanding brand’s growth story because we believe once you walk through the doors, the program is highly effective and sells itself.”

Beyond his professional experience in the fitness industry, Svoboda comes to the table with an MBA and corporate experience in operational management. His partner in business brings over 30 years of experience working with large-scale fitness operations. “Our backgrounds and skillsets are really complimentary, which has already helped us immensely on this journey,” says Svoboda, who will serve as General Manager for the Southlake location.

“Ryan’s background in business, understanding of the fitness industry, and in-depth knowledge of movement mechanics are great assets to this multi-unit endeavor, and on top of it all, he truly has the passion to execute the MADabolic mission, deliver excellent programming, and raise the standard in group fitness,” said Brandon Cullen, MADabolic Co-Founder and Chief Concept Officer. “This duo is well-positioned to build something big in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and we are pleased to bring them aboard as franchise partners.”

The Southlake location’s doors are expected to open late this year. Svoboda says he aims to open the additional four units over the next three-to-five years, spanning the broader Dallas-Fort Worth metro.

Rooted in science, MADabolic’s distinctive fat-torching interval system is crafted around intentional work-to-rest ratios, offering a challenging yet easily scalable workout for a wide range of clients. The boutique concept attracts the everyday go-getter who prioritizes health and fitness. MADabolic’s uniquely purposeful approach provides unmatched results and offers a strong franchise investment opportunity.

MADabolic is rapidly expanding. With nearly 50 studios operating or in development, the brand continues to seek qualified franchise prospects with a vested interest in strength and interval-based training and connections to their local fitness community. Ideal franchisees are driven and passionate community leaders that members can look up to, ranging from former elite-caliber athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts.
